You guys suck
Im trying to buy a hat I see but when I click on it , it trys to sell me a different color & price on the hat .Your website is kinda jacked up if youre using your phone to order.

Verified ReviewerMy entire order arrived badly damaged. Tried reaching customer service 4 times to ask for either reimbursement or re-print of my order, nobody to speck with. Terrible service
My order arrived and sat outside in the pouring rain. It wasn't even packaged with a plastic bag or left with a bag over it when it arrived, completely soaked.
Several of the items transferred stuck to others and were badly damaged. I tried reporting it the same day it arrived, reaching out four times, but never received a single customer service reply. I have used the company for the last several years at Christmas with no problems.
This year, however, it was a horrible experience. A total loss.

These are awful to deal with. They provide a customer service number that doesn't work.
They tell you that you can only contact them via email or through their message service. When you have tried for several days to reach them, their message service indicates that they are closed, contradicting their stated business hours. I paid for a product that was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, which they did not fulfill. I asked for a refund because now I have to rush out the day before to get another gift for my son.
The only response I received was that it had shipped and that they couldn't guarantee it would arrive before Christmas now. I paid extra to ensure its arrival and they lied. They are terrible to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM TeePublic.
They are shady and do not honor the promises they make to their customers. I will also have a screenshot of the guarantee before Christmas that I paid extra for, which they did not fulfill.

Business was good the past 3 years until now sending my order to an adress that's not even listed on my profile and still haven't received my order or my refund not happy I would rather have the order than the refund
I want a refund for my order that I have not received. I'm very upset because you guys sent my last orders to the correct address around 2 months ago.
Now, with this recent order, why would you send it to a P.O. box that I no longer have?
It has never been on my profile. I don't want to lose business.

I still haven't heard anything from customer service. The system doesn't allow me to reach out again to actually talk to anyone.
I never got the product. It's not even the $27 anymore. I'll get another phone case.
It was just a cool idea to have a Tool phone case. The company may be good but the service sucks.

I can never get someone to explain what happened. I'm wondering if the company is scamming.
The fabric quality wrinkles all the time and the size runs very large. I am not pleased and want to return the merchandise.
It is said to be made by Gildan and I have several shirts by them that look nothing like what I have. Please help me.

There is no way to talk to a real person. Chat was with a bot which had me repeatedly enter the order number(does anyone at the comoany actually try the chat bot before thrusting it in people?).
Emails were also from a bot.
When I finally got an email response from a human, they thought I received the package. I don’t think anyone really reads the emails.Completely frustrating experience not to mention all the time I have wasted!!
Each time I said it is missing , I was asked for the order number! When I grew tired of this circle , I looked for a phone number or email address on the website. There is none. So I googled a phone number for Tee Public and finally was able to explain that I never received the shirt.
The email I received back from Charlie, said according to his records, it was delivered and if there was anything else he could do to reach out.
I am truly disgusted! Does anyone actually read the chats or emails???

I need to talk to someone because I just received my shirts last week and it has not been 60 days. I have ordered from you many times and this problem has never happened.
I have about 60 of your t shirts and this has never happened. Can someone call me to discuss because the response I got back does not make sense.
